Thank you for shopping with RootedbyRhonda! We take great care in packaging and shipping every plant so it arrives healthy and happy.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship domestically within the United States from our home base in Michigan. Shipping times vary by method selected at checkout:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days

Plant Packaging Every plant is carefully packaged to minimize stress during transit. We use appropriate insulation and protective materials to ensure your plant arrives in the best possible condition.

Weather & Temperature We monitor weather conditions and may hold shipments during extreme heat or cold to protect your plants. If a delay is necessary, we will notify you by email.

Lost or Damaged Plants If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to make it right.
